Guide
How to play and improve
Read the instructions, tips, FAQ, and safety notes before placing ads near active gameplay.
Word Grid is a compact word-search game. Scan the grid for target gaming words, submit only words you can see, and replay to reduce misses.
How to play
- Press Start to activate the grid and target-word list.
- Tap letters to build a word, or type the word into the answer field.
- Press Submit when your answer matches one of the target words.
- Find all target words or continue until the miss limit ends the run.
Scoring rules
- Leaderboard score uses the number of target words found.
- Misses and accuracy are tracked so a clean five-word run beats a noisy five-word run for practice quality.
- The run completes when all targets are found or the miss limit is reached.
Tips to improve
- Scan one row or column at a time before typing from memory.
- Clear the current letters if your tapped path stops matching a target.
- Find the obvious words first, then use remaining letters to search for shorter targets.

FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. You can play without an account. Leaderboard submission uses a nickname only after a completed run.
Does this page show ads inside the game?
No. GameLevel keeps ads out of active gameplay areas and avoids ad placement near controls.
How should I use my score?
Use several completed runs as a baseline. One lucky or distracted run is less useful than a repeatable pattern.

How to approach each run
- Look for repeated letters, common endings, and short word patterns before submitting.
- Keep accuracy high; a slower correct answer usually beats a fast wrong answer.
- Use failed rounds to remember the clue pattern that misled you.
